Verifiable sources only

Directory entries are compiled from public, checkable sources: company registrations, official company websites, trade association member listings, exhibition catalogues, and certification registries. Each profile records where its facts came from. When a field cannot be verified — founding year, factory area, headcount, certifications — we leave it blank or mark it as not verified. We do not fill gaps with assumptions, and we do not copy unverified marketing claims into profiles as fact.

Affiliation disclosure

Some of the manufacturers listed in this directory are affiliated with the operator of this site. We disclose this prominently rather than bury it, because the alternative — pretending to be a wholly disinterested index — would be misleading. The listing criteria, profile format, and editorial scrutiny are identical for affiliated and non-affiliated manufacturers. Affiliated factories receive no preferential placement in directory listings, and the inclusion of a factory in this directory is never a paid placement. Where an editorial module recommends specific manufacturers, the selection mixes affiliated and non-affiliated companies and is based on the published, verifiable record.

Estimates policy

Freight rates, transit times, and duty figures move constantly. Numbers of this kind on country pages are published as ranges, marked “estimate”, and stamped with an as-of date. They are intended for budgeting and comparison, not for quoting. Before committing money, confirm current figures with your freight forwarder and customs broker. When we learn that a published estimate has drifted from reality, we update it or remove it.

Editorial independence

No manufacturer — affiliated or not — can buy a listing, a ranking, a recommendation, or the removal of accurate information. Guides and insights are written to help buyers make better decisions, including decisions that may not favour any listed manufacturer; where the honest answer to a sourcing question is “don’t buy this category from this region”, that is what we write.

Corrections

If you represent a listed manufacturer and find an error in your profile, or you are a buyer who has found any claim on this site to be wrong, email [email protected] with the page URL and the correction. Substantiated corrections are applied to the live page; we do not require anything in return.
